The Roll Feed Rip Saw combines two shifting arbors with high-speed roll feeding to clean, rip, and optimize each board in a single pass:

  1. Feed. Powered rolls drive each board through the machine at up to 500 feet per minute — far faster than chain-fed saws. Dual, pressure-compensated rolls “jump” for accuracy and reduced wear, so feeding stays precise at speed.
  2. Hog (optional first arbor). Two shifting hogging blades trim waste edge material from both sides of the board, virtually eliminating edgings instead of leaving thin edge strips to handle and dispose of.
  3. Rip (second arbor). One to four shifting saw blades — with an optional fixed center blade — shift to each board’s optimal rip pattern to recover the most usable width, down to a 1″ minimum net rip between saws.
