The Mereen-Johnson Double End Tenoner is a two sided tenoning machine that machines both ends of a workpiece at once — sizing, tenoning, profiling, and more in a single pass. Configured as a multi station tenoner with two to five machine centers, it works as a double end sizing machine and a double end profiling machine in one, delivering precise, square, production-speed parts for joinery and panel work.
Feature the latest in technology advancements, ensuring improved consistency, accuracy, superior joint, & quality of finish.
Whether you have a single-function or a multi-station application design, the Double-End Tenoner is constructed to accommodate severe-duty, multi-shift production.
Our intuitively designed state-of-the-art controls will improve your production. Durable construction also minimizes maintenance, resulting in reduced downtime & increased profits.

The Mereen-Johnson Single End Tenoner is a panel raising machine and cabinet door profilin…
A double end tenoner carries each workpiece between two feed chains and machines both ends simultaneously as it passes through:
With two to five machine centers, the same platform can be a double end sizing machine, a tenoning machine, and a double end profiling machine — configured to your parts and throughput.
The Double End Tenoner handles the operations where both ends of a part must be machined accurately and identically:
From simple two-sided sizing to full multi-station joinery, each machine is configured to the parts you run.
The Double End Tenoner supports production across:
Emerging applications: mass timber and engineered-wood construction, where the tenoner’s structural-joinery capability sizes and joins large structural components.
A double end tenoner machines both ends of a workpiece at the same time as it passes between two feed chains. It sizes the part to an exact length or width and can add tenons, copes, profiles, dados, boring, and sanding — producing consistent, square parts at production speed.
A single end tenoner machines one end at a time; a double end tenoner machines both ends simultaneously to a locked dimension, so parts come out sized and identical in one pass — much faster and more consistent for production.
Both. Depending on the stations you configure, the same machine works as a double end sizing machine — squaring parts to an exact dimension — and a double end profiling machine, running matched profiles or copes on both ends.
It’s a tenoner built with several machining stations in sequence — two, three, four, or five — so a part can be trimmed, scored, profiled, tenoned, bored, and sanded in one pass. More stations complete more operations per pass.
Two, three, four, or five station machine centers, each custom-configured to your parts and throughput.
Trimming and sizing, jump scoring, coping and high-speed profiling, tenoning, stationary and jump dado, boring, flat and profile belt sanding, abrasive wheel sanding, and CNC contouring with angle-gain capability.
