The ProCut 725 is an in-line optimizing crosscut saw: boards feed continuously through the machine while it decides where to cut, removes defects, and cuts each piece to length.

1. Feed. A high-performance AC servo motor drives the infeed conveyor, positioning each board precisely at feed speeds up to 190 FPM (servo).
2. Mark & detect. Defects are marked with a fluorescent crayon and read by a photocell sensor, so the saw automatically cuts them out.
3. Optimize the cut list. A Job Sheet system holds up to 36 sizes per sheet and 100 job sheets, with multiple cutting modes — so you set the exact lengths and quantities each run needs.
4. Cut. A 20″ blade at 4,000 RPM crosscuts each piece to length at up to 138 cuts per minute (185 with the servo option), holding ±0.5 mm accuracy.
