  • Vice President, Sales

    Tim started in our chain manufacturing department in 1979 and has served in expediting, inventory control, new machinery sales and as export sales manager, marketing manager, and project manager before becoming MJ's Vice President of Sales. 

    Tim enjoys spending time at his cabin and has a passion for endurance training, racing, and triathlon.

  • Vice President, Engineering

    Andy started in 1986 on the assembly floor, served as a mechanical engineer since 1989, and was promoted to head of the Engineering department in 2010. Andy is the company jokester and at 6’6” tall (or 5’ 18” as Andy likes to say), still loves a good pick-up game of basketball.

  • Vice President, Parts & Service

    Tony Sutton has been with Mereen-Johnson since August of 2015 when he was hired as Special Projects Manager. In July of 2016 Tony took on the added responsibilities of Business Development and later that year Marketing. Beginning midyear 2017 Tony began to assimilate Parts and Service. He was promoted to Vice President in June of 2018 assuming additional responsibilities.

    He enjoys golf, spending time with his kids, and watching baseball in his spare time.

  • Corporate Sales & Regional Sales Manager -- Northeastern United States

    Dave began his career in 1986 in our Assembly department and served as a traveling Service technician for 12 years until coming back into the office and taking on the service manager’s roll for a short time. He cycled between the assembly manager and service manager before taking on his current position as Corporate Sales Manager, as well as covering the Northeastern United States. Dave enjoys many outdoor activities such as golfing and hunting and being with family and friends.

  • Regional Sales Manager - Southeastern United States

    Steve Smith brings with him 32 years of experience in the machinery business. He originally started with Mereen-Johnson in 1987 in the assembly department. Later, he moved into engineering where he took over the Gang Rip Saw line of machinery, and then moved into customer service. After a short time in real estate, he went to work for Progressive systems, and became the service manager. He is now back with us and ready to help you with all your machinery needs!

  • International Sales Manager

    Dennis joined the Mereen-Johnson team in August of 2014 as our Regional Sales Manager, covering the majority of Western US and headed up our Export Sales efforts. As of August 1, 2019, Dennis works exclusively on Mereen-Johnson's export sales as this is an important growing sector for Mereen-Johnson. Dennis enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and training the family's two labs.

  • Regional Sales Manager - Western United States

    Brent is no stranger to Mereen-Johnson equipment. After years of purchasing, installing, operating and servicing our equipment he has now become the newest addition to our sales force covering the Western United States. 

    Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Missouri as well as a bachelor's degree in telecommunications management from DeVry University. However, Brent would tell you his real education came from his hands-on experiences that range from apprenticing for a master woodworker to managing a yard and rough mill operation for Leggett and Platt's wood products division. For the last 24 years Brent was employed by Cedar Creek Lumber (now a part of BlueLinx Corporation) a multi-location building materials distributor.

  • Technical Support Manager

    Mark starting in the Minneapolis Welding Department in 1989, worked in the Minneapolis Assembly department, and later became  foreman of that department. Mark has served as a traveling service technician as well as parts and troubleshooting specialist. Mark loves to fish and hunt in his leisure time.

    Bob started in 1976  as an assemblyman, later becoming a traveling service technician, and is now one of our Parts and Customer Service Representatives. Bob loves to fish and hunt.
